Working with Leighsa and Patrick was an absolute pleasure. Looking to buy in Capitol Hill, and hearing how competitive the market was, my partner and I started hunting ~9 months before our lease was due to end. Despite this, not once throughout the process did we feel like Leighsa and Patrick were trying to rush us; They were extremely patient and understanding. It could easily have been frustrating for them to hear us find one or two things we didn’t like about the places we toured, but instead they communicated extremely well with us, and it really felt like they took or feedback to heart. They made it very clear that they were there for us whenever we needed them. They were always extremely prompt responding to emails, texts, and calls. Because of a scheduling conflict, we weren’t able to tour the we ultimately ended up purchasing until the night before offers were due. After we fell in love with the , Leighsa was able to get an inspector out the next morning to provide a pre-inspection before we made an offer. Not is this a perfect example of Pat and Leighsa’s eagerness to help, but it also illustrates the strong network of connections they have. We also ended up using their recommended lender after getting quotes and working with a few different options. I highly recommend working with Francis Crowthers Realty and will be referring any and all friends/family in the area to them.
