Prior to his real estate career, Patrick spent more than a decade in the financial services industry. He served as a Vice President at Bank of America in the Corporate Leasing Division and previously owned and operated a successful Rhode Island mortgage brokerage firm, managing multi-million-dollar lending pipelines and advising clients on complex financial transactions.

This financial background allows Patrick to approach real estate through the lens of investment strategy, market positioning, and long-term asset value, giving his clients a meaningful advantage in competitive markets.

Patrick works alongside his wife and business partner Nicole Maine, combining deep local market expertise with the powerful global reach and technology platform of Lila Delman Compass, Rhode Island’s leading luxury real estate brokerage.
