In a crazy real estate market and looking in a highly desirable neighborhood, Patrick helped me find my dream home. His knowledge of the area, professionalism, and negotiating skills were all top-notch. He expertly walked me through every step of the daunting process of purchasing my home. What impressed me the most, was when the home inspection came back less than stellar, Patrick spent the time going through the 75+ page report with me. He then laid out all of the options (including walking away and starting the process all over again). He truly wanted me to find the perfect house and a fair price.
