He's always on time! Everything he promised to do was written down, we knew when it was going to be done and of course all of the tasks were completed as promised!

Relationships - Not only was Patrick in touch with all buyers' brokers who had shown our house but he reached out to our out-of-state buyer broker in another state (as well as the out-of-state) escrow company.
