Roaring to go - we signed with him and the next day we had crews hauling excess furniture, rearranging rooms, landscape services, design consultation, NEW mulch, etc. Within a week we were ready for MLS pictures and went on the market a few days after that. The energy and dedication to the job at hand is unparalleled.. 

3. Resources - not only did Patrick know how to get us expertise inside his own agency, he was knowledgeable about unique financing options, money strategies, donations, etc.

Reliably organized - over the 100+ small and large decisions it takes to stage, market and sell our house, we always had superb communication, calls, text messages and emails (no more faxes sadly). He's always on time!  Everything he promised to do was written down, we knew when it was going to be done and of course all of the tasks were completed as promised!

Relationships - Not only was Patrick in touch with all buyers' brokers who had shown our house but he reached out to our out-of-state buyer broker in another state (as well as the out-of-state) escrow company.
