Patrick M. McCooey

Patrick M McCooey is a Licensed Associate Real Esstate Broker and co-leader of the McCooey-Olivieri Team.  After a successful career on Wall Street, he brought his lifelong passion for real estate to a profession where market knowledge, disciplined executiom, and thoughtuful negotioation are essential.  Flor more than a decade, Patrik has represented buyers and sellers throughout Manhasset, Garden City, and the surrounding North Shore and central Nassau communities.

A lifelong connection to both Manhasset and Garden City informs Patrick's work.  Raised in Manhasset, where he lived for most of his adult life and raised five children, he also attented Saint Paul's School in Garden City from fifth through twelfth grade.  His longstanding personal and professional relationships in both villages provide clients with nuanced understanding of their neighborhoods, housing stock, schools, lifestyles, and local market dynamics. 

Before real estate, Patrik spent more than two decades on Wall Street in sales and trading.  That experience instilled the work ethic, analytical perspective, discretion, and negotiation discipline that now defie his client service.  He approaches every transaction with careful listening, clear communicaiton, and a commitment to protecting his clients' interests.  Whether advising a seller on positioning a significant prooperty or guiding a buyer though a competitive acquisition, Patricvk delivers knowledgeable, patient, and highly personal representation.
