Bolstered by a background in project management for a local development company, Patrick supervised new construction and remodels throughout SLO County before pivoting into the Real Estate realm to further pursue his passion. Whether purchasing a first home or selling a mature, multi-million dollar income property, Patrick's first priority has always been to ensure his clients successfully reach their goals. When he’s not coordinating home improvements or showing property, Patrick enjoys surfing along the central coast and exploring other oceans across the world.
