Before moving fully into real estate, Patrick spent several years working behind the bar at two of Washington’s most popular restaurants, Barcelona Wine Bar and José Andrés’ Oyamel. The fast-paced dining rooms meant serving everyone from celebrities and politicians, to neighborhood regulars- often all in the same evening. The experience sharpened his ability to stay composed under pressure, think quickly, and connect easily with people all at the same time. These skills translated naturally to Real Estate.
