Over the last 10 years in real estate, Patrick Sullivan has amassed an enviable skill set and mastery of economic trends that inform his real estate work to this day. He has lived in a multitude of neighborhoods-Hollywood, Marina Del Rey, Woodland Hills, and now Brentwood -which has given him a thorough understanding of the chemistry and energy of Los Angeles. His prior role as the face of Ralph Lauren advertising honed his ability to interact with diverse groups of people and cultivated a massive network of professional contacts, while a stint in restaurant management and event planning taught him the importance of time management and impeccable client service.

When describing his approach to real estate, Patrick explains: "My aim is to guide and support clients as they navigate what can seem like a complicated and overwhelming process, ultimately finding their ideal home." Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Patrick has traveled throughout the world, living prolonged periods in Miami, London, Paris, Milan, New York, Tokyo and Sydney. When he's not working, Patrick engages in an array of well-rounded pursuits from CrossFit to chess, and from films to fantasy football.
