Over the last 17 years, Patrick Sullivan has amassed an enviable skill set and mastery of the city that informs his real estate work to this day. He has lived in a multitude of neighborhoods-the West Village, East Village, Upper East Side, Brooklyn Heights, and now Chelsea-which has given him a thorough understanding of the city's chemistry and energy. His prior role as the face of Ralph Lauren advertising honed his ability to interact with diverse groups of people and cultivated a massive network of professional contacts, while a stint in restaurant management and event planning taught him the importance of time management and impeccable client service.
When describing his approach to real estate, Patrick explains: "My aim is to guide and support clients as they navigate what can seem like a complicated and overwhelming process, ultimately finding their home in New York City." Curious and empathetic, Patrick's dedication to service is a guiding principle. He prides himself on providing a highly personalized experience, empowered by his innate tenacity, agility and communication skills. "I know how to give things my all," he says. "In every transaction, I fully engage in determining my clients' objectives and working with them to reach those goals."
Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Patrick has traveled throughout the world, living prolonged periods in Miami, London, Paris, Milan, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Sydney. When he's not working, Patrick engages in an array of well-rounded pursuits from CrossFit to chess, and from films to fantasy football.
