About Patti

I was born in Jacksonville Florida, and I've been helping people buy and sell homes here since 2004. I am a founding agent with Compass FL, and I live in Atlantic Beach with my husband, Dan and our two dogs, Abby-Kate and Lakyn. Most of my work is along the coast in Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Nocatee, Jacksonville and St. Johns County. I represent both buyers and sellers in every price range, with a focus on oceanfront, waterfront, and luxury homes. I close between $10-$20 million per year. Most of my clients are referrals or relocating. Before real estate, I lived in England, France, Dallas, Orlando, and Ft. Lauderdale. I know what it's like to arrive somewhere new and need to learn a place fast. I help clients compare neighborhoods, schools, commutes and the real cost of owning near the water so they can decide with confidence.
