About Patti
Patti Armstrong-A Founding Partner of Compass FL, joined the real estate business in 2004. She is a native of Jacksonville and currently resides in Atlantic  Beach with her husband, Dan, who is a local attorney. They have one son and are new grandparents! Although a native of Jacksonville, Patti has lived abroad in England and France and has also resided in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Orlando, FL, and Dallas, TX. Patti’s initial experience in sales began in the Fine Wine business in Dallas and Orlando.

When you are handling customers as large as Disney World and Universal Studios you must have great organizational skills and people skills. Patti attributes her accomplishments as a real estate agent to having these abilities as well as extensive knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and bringing all parties together to complete a smooth, stress-free transaction.
