About Patti
We are thrilled to welcome Patti Kimmel to the Amy Raper Real Estate
Group! Patti is an exciting addition to our team, bringing a wealth of
energy, dedication, and community connections honed over decades of
teaching, coaching, and volunteering. A proud Houstonian through and
through, Patti and her husband, Rob, moved to The Woodlands over 20 years
ago. Patti has immersed herself in The Woodlands community making an impact
in countless ways.
As a mother of three children who attended Conroe ISD schools, Patti has
been deeply involved in the school district over the past 17 years. Patti
was selected to serve on the 2023 CISD bond planning committee, and has
served in various roles from chairing school fundraisers, to leading as
president of booster clubs, to substitute teaching.
Patti’s natural enthusiasm, organization, and winning mindset make her an
excellent fit for the real estate world. Her deep-rooted connections in The
Woodlands uniquely position her to guide clients with insight and care.
Whether it’s working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned sellers,
Patti’s approach is grounded in her ability to listen, lead, and deliver
results.
