About Pattie
An alumna of The University of Memphis, Pattie began her business and real estate career in 1979 in Nashville, Tn. Within two years, she obtained her Broker License, Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI), and Certified Real Estate Specialist Designation (CRS). Only two percent of all Realtors hold these designations. Her extensive real estate background started in new home sales in a management/owner position of a prominent Nashville building company. During this time, she honed her builder brokerage skills and acquired the certifications of New Home Sales Specialist, Buyer Brokerage, and Real Estate Company Management. She was honored with the Lifetime Million Dollar Sales Awards given by The Nashville Board of Realtors. Because of her extensive background in new home sales and her meticulous attention to detail, a prominent savings and loan company asked her to manage sales in a high- end custom home development in 1991 in Memphis, Tn. As a consistent multimillion-dollar agent, President’s Club, and Hall Of Fame Recipient, Pattie established a strong reputation in custom home sales and corporate relocation while working with two preeminent Memphis corporations: Federal Express and International Paper.
With a background in sales in multiple cities, as a broker in three states, and now as an Austin resident, Pattie understands the complexities and challenges of relocation. She is certified as a Relocation Specialist by SIRVA and WIECHERT Relocation. For 35 years in keeping with the highest standards of the real estate business, she continues to hone her skills thru cutting edge education. She recently achieved the designation of Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist and Texas Affordable Housing Specialist. Pattie provides superior services to her clients.
