Patty Spellman

Patty is delighted to do what she does best: relationships with folks, through a brighter, more exciting time of their lives. Patty’s genuinely caring nature, engaging personality abundant patience are the keys to her success. She is extremely loyal in her dealings, uses her breadth of knowledge of the market to provide top of the line service to her clients and customers. Prior to real estate, Patty worked in Radio Sales after graduating with a BA in Communications from GW University, then went on to get a Master in Education and taught middle school. She moved from NY to the Charlotte area in 2003 with her husband and three small children. Patty resides in Waxhaw and spends her free time cooking, scrapbooking and spending time with her family and friends. She has listed and sold properties from Uptown Charlotte to Indian Land SC. Design and architecture have always been her passion and helping people find their place in the world is incredibly rewarding to her.
