About Patty
Welcome to New Orleans! Patty was born and raised in New Orleans and has extensive firsthand knowledge about the city. She grew up in the Lakefront area, has also lived in Algiers, and currently resides in Uptown. Patty is a multi-million dollar producer for Latter Blum Uptown and has been awarded numerous Silver awards, Gold awards, Platinum awards and was named the top first year Uptown agent during her first year selling real estate.

Patty has also earned the Historic House Specialist certification from the Preservation Resource center, as well as the Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR) & Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. Patty holds memberships in the Metropolitan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Preservation Resource Center. Patty is the a former co-chair for the Preservation Resource Center Neighborhood Sell-a-bration, has served in numerous volunteer capacities with Louise S. McGehee School, has served as docent for the Preservation Resource Center Shotgun Home Tours. I love to work with first time home buyers, seasoned home owners, and anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
