Paul Besse is a dedicated realtor with The Oldham Group at Compass, bringing a lifetime of Bay Area knowledge and a passion for real estate to every client interaction. Born and raised in San Mateo, Paul’s deep roots along the Peninsula give him a unique local expertise that sets him apart in the competitive residential market. A proud graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Paul’s academic background is complemented by his strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine commitment to serving his community.
Inspired by his grandparents’ legacy in property management, Paul knew early on that real estate was his calling. After college, he honed his skills in the multifamily sector, first as an Asset Manager at GPR Ventures then as a Multifamily Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap. In these roles, Paul developed a mastery of contract negotiations, financial management, and market analysis, always delivering superior customer service and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Now, as he transitions into residential real estate, Paul is excited to leverage his multifamily expertise to help Peninsula buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
