About Paul

Paul moved to Colorado from England and came for a visit to America in 1982. What was intended to be a long holiday, turned into the rest of his life. He started his working career here in the States by managing numerous restaurants, which required a strong dedication to customer service. A skill he brought to the real estate business in January of 2000. His formula for identifying client needs, and relentlessly working to meet them, has been his simple secret to success.

Paul has been a top producer for numerous years and has been recognized by the Denver Realtor® Roundtable of Excellence for 10 years running.

In 2004, Paul had the opportunity to become an owner in the business. It has been very rewarding to be a mentor and entrepreneur. He specializes in almost every aspect of real estate service. Paul works with buyers, sellers, investors and first-time home buyers. He owns numerous rental properties and provides property management services as well. He works to facilitate transactions in short sales and those that are bank-owned.

Paul has sold custom new build homes and turn of the century, historic homes. He has vast experience with home renovation and remodeling, having popped the top on his own classic bungalow in Congress Park. He knows every Denver neighborhood inside and out. There’s not a street, alley, or boulevard that he hasn’t spent time traversing. Paul’s philosophy is to go above and beyond and above for his clients. It’s not just cliché to say that he works 24/7. Truly his work in real estate is a passion.

While it’s a rare occasion to not be working, Paul does enjoy golf, music, and gourmet cooking to unwind from this demanding business.
