In 2004, Paul had the opportunity to become an owner in the business. It has been very rewarding to be a mentor and entrepreneur. He specializes in almost every aspect of real estate service. Paul works with buyers, sellers, investors and first-time home buyers. He owns numerous rental properties and provides property management services as well. He works to facilitate transactions in short sales and those that are bank-owned.
Paul has sold custom new build homes and turn of the century, historic homes. He has vast experience with home renovation and remodeling, having popped the top on his own classic bungalow in Congress Park. He knows every Denver neighborhood inside and out. There’s not a street, alley, or boulevard that he hasn’t spent time traversing. Paul’s philosophy is to go above and beyond and above for his clients. It’s not just cliché to say that he works 24/7.
