Paul Figueiredo

An accomplished industry veteran with over 30 years experience and one of Compass’ founding agents, Paul Fig has built an impressive community of people who he helps buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout Los Angeles as well as offer advice on all things related to real estate. He helps friends, neighbors, and past clients as well as their colleagues, friends, and relatives by using a personal strategic approach and hands-on process. In addition to his real estate sales practice, Paul is an Agent Coach.  He actively advises other agents, helping them grow their individual practices using his Fundamental Improvement and Growth (FIG) Method - boosting productivity and efficiency.  Paul also leads professional development workshops at Compass designed to transfer his experience and knowledge to help colleagues.

Paul is a Board Advisor for the Male Success Alliance at Cal State Dominguez Hills — a student success initiative focused on improving the education outcomes of students of color. Additionally, Paul is a board member of COMPASSion, our company’s philanthropic entity.
