By 2003, Paul left Wall Street and transitioned into commercial real estate investment sales at LVK. In just 18 months, he had become one of the highest performers, brokering $75 million in sales. Paul then served as a managing partner at both Extreme Realty Commercial Services and Freedom/Roth, and in 2012, founded and served as the principal of his own firm, Bowery Lane Group.
Over the years, Paul has provided his clients with valuable knowledge and market expertise, enabling him to keenly negotiate the purchase/sale of their investment properties. Now associated with Compass, he specializes in commercial investment sales, plus is skilled at consulting on acquisitions, construction, tax issues, distressed loan sales, private lending, property management, rentals, and other facets of the business.
