Paul Karpowich has an innate gift for connecting with people and understanding their unique needs. Growing up in a tight-knit Brooklyn neighborhood and throughout his nearly 30-year career on Wall Street as a broker in fixed income sales, Paul learned the art and importance of forging authentic, long-lasting relationships. Since turning his attention to real estate full-time, Paul’s friendly personality and sharp business mind have helped him consistently exceed client expectations. Paul is extremely committed to his clients’ best interests and relies on his financial, sales and marketing expertise to provide informed guidance and streamline the process. Paul’s own home in Greenwich Village has brought him, his wife Laurie and two children much happiness. Living in the same community for more than 20 years, he has enjoyed getting to know his neighbors and local business owners, discovering great restaurants and sharing his insider’s knowledge with others. This includes his passion for sports as an avid fan of the Jets, Yankees and Knicks.
