I started my real estate career by learning the business from the ground up and gaining hands-on experience through real transactions. Over the years, I’ve learned how to navigate negotiations, financing, inspections, appraisals, and the unexpected challenges that come with real estate. What sets me apart is my communication, persistence, honesty, and problem-solving skills. I stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and focus on finding solutions when things get complicated. I believe the true value of an experienced agent is knowing how to handle the problems—not just the easy transactions. I was drawn to real estate because I wanted to build something of my own while helping people make important decisions about their future. I quickly realized how overwhelming the buying and selling process can be, and I wanted to be the person clients could rely on to make it easier and less stressful. What has kept me in the business is the people and the relationships I’ve built along the way. For me, it’s not just about closing a transaction—it’s about helping clients feel confident that they made the right decision. I enjoy the business, but I value the relationships even more. I take a hands-on, client-first approach. I start by understanding my client's goals, priorities, and concerns, then build a strategy around what matters most to them. 

What sets me apart is my honesty, communication, persistence, and ability to solve problems. I don't just tell clients what they want to hear—I give them the information they need to make smart decisions, even when it's difficult. I stay involved from start to finish, especially when challenges come up. After years in real estate, I’ve learned that clients don't just need someone to open doors—they need someone who will answer the phone, negotiate hard, anticipate problems, and stay in their corner until the job is done. 

Outside of real estate, I’m all about family, fun, and staying active. I love spending time with my kids and making memories with the people closest to me. I’m also a big fan of bowling, fishing, traveling, and good food—anything that gets me out, enjoying life, and creating new experiences. I also enjoy working on myself, whether that’s staying active, learning something new, or simply taking time to recharge. For me, life outside of real estate is about family, adventure, and enjoying the moments that matter.
