"Paul & Lauren were able to get us out of our place and into our new home with less stress and hassle than my wife and I thought imaginable. We shared our general
"wish list", sat back and watched them do what they do best. They zeroed in on what turned out to be our dream home in no time, we owe them a great deal of gratitude. - Marc (Gladwyn)"
"Lauren and Paul our house in Queen Village and helped us buy our current home in Bryn Mawr. This team has the unique ability to see what a house can become and help you make that vision a reality. They are simply the best...so good at what they do! - Ashley & Paul (Bryn Mawr)"
"An incredible team to work with. Their attention to details sets them apart. - Peter (Penn Valley)"
"Paul was more patient than I would have been, had great professional relationships, and even ran interference for us when needed. He knew everything about agents we encountered: their prior sales, how they negotiated, etc. He is an expert on what's going on in the locations that were of interest to us. -Dan S. (Society Hill)"
+Realtors is small by design... we like it that way, and we think you do too. But we're driven by big ideas, and the big mission to add value to our clients at every opportunity. We live here, we raise our families here, and our collective experiences here inform everything we do. We offer boutique, client-centric services, and deliver in a dynamic way. At the forefront of Paul’s philosophy as an agent is to always, and without exception, work toward the goals of his clientele. His encyclopedic knowledge of housing inventory is unmatched, and he has a bizarre ability to recall details that scares us a little. He’s sort of the serious one… it fits his personality, and, well, someone here has to be. When he's not expertly crafting/targeting meaningful marketing messages for his clients, Paul enjoys torturing contractors, obsessing in general, and watching the Eagles (he can’t watch games with people, though). He’s trying to learn to play golf, but so far doesn’t really seem to have the attention span for it.
