"Paul Padilla was the best agent I could possibly have hoped for. He always had my needs 1st & foremost in his mind when helping me find my home. Because I was looking in the lower price segment of the market, it meant fewer homes were available. I also had narrow parameters for what I was looking for. This caused me to end up taking much longer to find my home. Paul was intimately familiar with the area because he lived there. Paul was more than patient with me & he never pressured me to chose something I might not have really wanted. He was always kind, supportive, & positive in spirit. Paul always unselfishly put my needs first, & his professionalism & ethics I find to be rare these days. He was always quick to respond to questions whether it was by phone, text, or E-Mail.
