My job isn't to pressure you into making a move. It's to help you slow it down, understand your options, and make a decision you feel good about.

I've spent 15 years in sales, with a background in homeowners insurance, construction and remodeling, contract negotiation, and coaching. That experience gives me a pretty practical approach to real estate. I pay attention to the numbers, the condition of the home, the terms of the deal, and just as importantly, why you're making the move in the first place.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Seattle and the surrounding communities, helping people navigate everything from their first home to their next chapter.

I believe good real estate advice should be honest, strategic, and easy to understand. Sometimes that means going after the house you love. Sometimes it means negotiating harder. And sometimes the right answer is simply, "I don't think you should move yet."
