Originally from New England, Paul Sasseville has made the southern end of Miami Beach his home since 2001. Born in Rhode Island, educated in Boston, he then launched his first career in New York City. Like many New Yorkers, Paul fell in love with the opportunities to the south, and has become an expert at assisting others with their own relocations to the South Florida area. People spend a long time dreaming of a home in the sun, and Paul helps put all the moving pieces together so that it can finally happen.
His industry specialties include waterfront condos, homes for boat owners, foreclosure investments, estate sales, family relocations and pre-retirement investments.

With 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, Paul has been through multiple market cycles as an agent, buyer, and investor, and has a deep understanding for the often-complicated process that his clients will encounter.

Paul’s successes in real estate largely stem from his dedication to providing the best service to the individual needs of his clients, whether that is transitioning from Wall Street to Ocean Drive, or looking for a perfect waterfront condo where a boat can be housed.

As the former Director of Sales for 1215 on West, Paul understands the intricacies of the pre-construction business from floorplan to grand opening, and he can provide education and guidance to those who are new to the area. His excitement for showcasing and exploring the diverse social offerings of the market make it easy for him to help his clients celebrate making Miami home.

Paul loves the experience of being near the water where boating and fitness activities are part of the lifestyle. Paul earned a degree in marketing from Stonehill College, with further real estate education in Miami. He made Miami Beach his home after spending a decade in financial services in New York City.
