A second generation REALTOR® and lifelong Santa Barbara local, Paul is a veteran with over 30 years of real estate experience under his belt. Knowledgeable in all fields of real estate, Paul is proficient in residential, income property, land, and commercial properties.

Adept at navigating contracts, Paul is laser-focused on the details, possesses vast construction knowledge, and keen negotiation and mediation skills. Known by his clients for his warm, gregarious demeanor, he has an unmistakable sincerity about him. He’s refreshingly authentic and candid, but above all else, he’s insanely dedicated to quality, service, and professionalism.

With an impressive resumé that includes Branch Manager and Training Director roles for a national company and two large local firms, and Past President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, Paul is actively involved in the community and many charity events. We like to think it’s what got him awarded REALTOR® OF THE YEAR in 2009 and Honorary Member For Life in 2015.

As a Santa Barbara native, Paul possesses a unique knowledge of the local community and specializes in all areas of real estate in Santa Barbara, including Montecito, Hope Ranch, Carpinteria, and Goleta. On any given weekend you’ll find Paul out with Bridget on their tandem bike riding up Gibraltar Road, taking in some surfing, stand-up paddling or body surfing at SB’s many awesome beaches, catching a day at the racetrack on his Ducati or joining Bridget in a Pilates or yoga class.
