Paul now calls TriBeCa home, where he enjoys the neighborhood’s flourishing art scene, after more than two decades living in the Village. During those years, he served on the co-op board of his building and was an active member of the 11th Street Block Association. His daughter attended New York City public schools through high school, giving him a deeply personal stake in the rhythms and realities of city life. Real estate has always been a throughline—shaped by a family of top realtors, developers, and architects—and reinforced by a lifelong curiosity about how people live, build, and belong in New York.
