Paula Fracchia

Paula Fracchia and her sister Gina Enriquez specialize in helping people realize their real estate dreams.

That is what we offer. As sisters, Gina and Paula have been business partners for over 30 years in the city of San Francisco. We have bought and sold property, owned and managed income property and have done extensive remodeling. We have worked professionally staging homes for national magazines and translated those skills into the ability to help our clients with complimentary staging advice. Most importantly we have been providing excellent professional real estate services to a growing list of clients for over 30 years.

We are both residents of San Francisco and have raised our families here. We hold degrees from the University of San Francisco, Gina in business and Paula in Sociology. A great combination for negotiating.

We really enjoy working together and believe we offer a unique partnership that gives our clients the benefit of two professional working for them fulltime. Our business is almost all referral generated. This allows us the luxury and privilege of working with a with a wonderful group of people, many who started as clients and have continues as longtime friend.
