Before taking time out of the workforce to stay home with her two boys, Paula worked in accounting for twenty years and also started and ran a wood flooring business that served customers across the United States. These experiences allowed her to master organization, customer service, and negotiation skills. Although she enjoyed these pursuits, she found real estate to be a more fulfilling endeavor because it involves working directly with people, helping them achieve their dreams, and making a lasting impact.

Paula uses her background in accounting to analyze the local market and determine the right value for homes from the first day on the market. Outside of real estate, Paula and her family enjoy outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing, and she takes pride in watching her boys play baseball.
