"Paula is phenomenal. She helped us navigate an incredibly uncertain market in April - June 2020 to sell our property in Jamaica Plain. We began working with her, because she was willing to put in extra time and attention to get us higher ROI. She see additional value and knows how to get things done. Paula went above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs throughout Covid. Highly recommend her as someone who will help you put your best foot forward and save you massive amounts of time/energy/stress. Thank you for everything, Paula." - Kruti P., Boston, MA, (Seller)

"Working with Paula was great from start to finish! She gave us helpful direction in every step of the process. She targeted the right audience and sold our place after just one open house. I have recommended her to numerous colleagues and they were also very impressed with her professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend!" - Sarah G., Boston, MA, (Seller)

"Paula has all of the qualities you want in a realtor...she works hard and has extraordinary local knowledge and an excellent understanding of the importance of timing and opportunities. She handled the sale of my house and my condo purchase and both went like clockwork...and she had a lot to balance as there were different legal teams involved and both closings occurred on the same day! She is strategic about pricing and is detailed oriented so I could focus on other things. Her calm manner and professionalism helped me look at things in a rational, rather than emotional way, producing great outcomes for both transactions. And in the end I got what we all want...a place to call home that feels wonderful each and every day." - Susan S. (Brookline, Seller & Buyer)

"The best decision I made when preparing to sell my home was to work with Paula. I chose Paula over an agent who proposed a higher listing price because I felt that Paula was very realistic and was basing her advice on extensive and up-to-the-minute market analysis. The best part of going through a house sale with Paula is that she is always, and I mean always, there to guide, support, advise, and pick up any slack. My circumstances required me to move even before we listed the property, and it was only thanks to Paula that I had full confidence that every detail will be taken care of. And it goes almost without saying that she was masterful in all the negotiations and held my hand all the way to and even post the closing. As I was going through the process of looking for a new house in my new location I kept thinking how much I miss Paula and her meticulous approach and how much better off I would have been with her as my buyer's agent!" - Olga C. Brookline, MA, (Seller)
