Paula Parenzan

Paula Renee Parenzano is the Southern California top producing realtor, specializing in anything coastal from Laguna Beach to Santa Barbara and anything in between. Paula comes from the natural products industry and owned her own boutique style brokerage for many many years. She represented the interests of brands such as Nordic Naturals, Superior Source Vitamins, Natren Probiotics, Rainbow Light, Shikai, Anne Marie Borlind to name only a few of the companies Paula has had contracts with.

Paula decided to change directions and in 2020 followed her dream of becoming a real estate agent and she has not looked back. Paula joined the Nickle Team led by Daryl Owen and became an expert in the field and art of Southern California Real Estate. Paula left Nationwide Real Estate Executives to join Keller Williams Palos Verdes, It was at KWPV that Paula was asked to join the ALC Culture Committee, which only the top twenty percent of realtors are invited. Paula was also asked to lead a mind set class every week and soared while at KWPV. Paula then decided to join Compass of Long Beach in November of 2022 and considers it an honor and privilege to work amongst some of the most prestigious Realtors in Southern California.

Paula thrives at the intersection of sales and service for her clients. Paula believes in the philosophy of selling from your soul and believes that the home should be a spiritual sanctuary. She credits her work in new thought and science of mind to help bring value to her clients. Paula is also a kundalini yoga teacher and practitioner and brings her love of yoga, philosophy and study of meditation to each and every transaction. When not working with clients Paula is at work on her book called a Yogi's Guide To Becoming a Realtor, a guide to helping newly licensed realtors navigate their way without giving up.
