About Paula

Paula Kozlowski Shaheen is a local real estate professional with The Guanaco Group at Compass serving Sarasota and Manatee counties, as well as select customers in Southeast Florida. She has eleven years’ experience in real estate sales in the state of Florida. Paula graduated with degrees in International Business from George Washington University and an MBA in Marketing from New York University. She then spent many years working in the beauty industry for L'Oréal and Coty. After relocating to Florida, she held several marketing and sales positions before deciding to work for herself in Real Estate.

Over the course of her real estate career, Paula has combined her wealth of business management and sales experience, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, to provide world-class service to her clients. Paula is extremely well organized and prioritizes a high level of communication with her clients so that no question or call remains unanswered. She is a strong negotiator who seeks to maximize the outcome of each transaction to the benefit of her clients, all with a trustworthy and positive attitude. She never hesitates to go the extra mile.
