Following her service as Senior Vice President of the southeast's largest independent New Homes Sales & Marketing Company for two decades, Pauline founded Brightstar, a first of its kind real estate team providing a comprehensive range of sales and marketing services custom-tailored exclusively to Atlanta Builders & Developers, Banks and Asset Managers. Pauline's success is a direct result of her unwavering hands-on dedication to understanding the needs of both developers & buyers, and earning their respect with a selling strategy built upon integrity.

Pauline’s passion for community development started well before most kids know how to tie their shoes. As a child, Pauline would build subdivisions out of the gravel in a neighbor’s driveway. Each day, the father would return home from work and wipe away her creation, giving Pauline the opportunity to build a new neighborhood each & every day.

While the neighborhoods now entrusted with Pauline take a bit longer than one day to develop, she continues to bring that same passion, excitement, vision, & fervor to the developers, builders, buyers, and local communities she serves. “It’s fulfilling to help somebody find a house, but what’s really fulfilling is to see the neighborhood come together, and watch the residents start interacting,” explains Pauline. “That’s what makes me happy.
