Pavel Dovgalyuk brings creativity, marketing instinct, and a genuine personal approach to real estate.
He first earned his real estate license in 2007 while supporting his growing family as his wife completed her medical training in Virginia. He quickly built a successful business, earned recognition for his marketing, and became a partner in White Coat Real Estate, a boutique team serving physicians and their families.
After moving to Nashville in 2010, Pavel signed a publishing deal and went on to write more than 750 songs, with recordings and collaborations spanning artists including Justin Moore, Chris Janson, Tim McGraw, Jordan Davis, Michael Ray, Haley Reinhart, Julia Cole, and many others.
Today, Pavel has returned to real estate with Compass, bringing with him years of experience in negotiation, marketing, project management, and relationship building. His approach is thoughtful and personal. He listens closely, communicates clearly, pays attention to the details, and helps his clients navigate important decisions with confidence.
Pavel and his wife Jacqueline, an Emergency Medicine physician, have raised five children in Middle Tennessee. He is active in his Brentwood church community and enjoys pickleball, travel, music, and time with his family.
