Peggy Boettner

Peggy Boettner is a Louisiana native, born in New Orleans and raised in Mandeville. She has seen Mandeville and the Northshore area grow to a thriving and sought after place to live.  As a Realtor®, she services the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan Area, concentrating on the Northshore. Having grown up in St. Tammany Parish, she has developed extensive knowledge of the Northshore Area, enabling her to be well-versed and fluent in several local area markets.

She is now a full-time Realtor® after a 30+ year career as a paralegal and concurrently a part-time real estate agent for the past 20 years.  Both of her parents were real estate agents and her father was a long-time appraiser; she grew up in the world of real estate.  She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from LA Tech University.  She is organized and detail oriented and able to think outside the box to get the best outcome for her clients with their largest and most important investment.  She has attained the certification of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).  Clients working with her will benefit from her 20 years of real estate knowledge. She is honest, sincere and very committed to her clients.

Beyond her professional life, Peggy enjoys spending time travelling, gardening, painting and spending time with her children and grandchildren. These activities reflect her creative and nurturing spirit, as family is at the heart of Peggy's life and fuels her relentless dedication to her work.

She obtained her Louisiana Real Estate License in 2005 just prior to Hurricane Katrina. Her career started at Gertrude Gardner Realtors, and she has remained through name changes, mergers, and acquisitions to the present Compass. She loves what she does and loves helping her clients create the fulfilling life they want to live through real estate investing. She looks forward to working with them to make their real estate dreams a reality.
