"Teaming up with Peggy Jorgensen to handle the sales process was a key factor in successfully selling my house during a summer of rising mortgage rates. With the goal of listing the house before August, I had one month to clear out years of family clutter and to prep the house and property. It was a daunting task, but we did it. Peggy’s intern helped me clear out the basement in one afternoon and haul stuff from upstairs to downstairs. "Our realtor Peggy Jorgensen, who we highly recommend, is experienced, thoughtful and attentive to every detail.  Peggy provided us with a very professional, state-of-the-art listing plan that beautifully represented our home. From guiding us every step of the way, she worked with us collaboratively in making clear decisions of what needed to be edited from our home and gave staging suggestions, for which she actually supplemented our decorative items with her own. "Peggy Jorgensen is a phenomenal realtor. She had sold our daughters home in Westport a few years ago. We were quite impressed with her level of professionalism and expertise throughout the process that we decided, without question, to use her services to sell our home in Redding, CT. Peggy is more than a typical realtor. With her vast network of service contractors, it took the stress out of preparing our home to sell. She referred carpenters and painters to freshen up our home. She served as the general contractor to make sure it was to her standards. Then she used her decorating and landscaping talents to stage and landscape our home. We had such a good time shopping with her for plants and accessories for staging which made a stressful process a relaxing and fun one. We thought we had to use the realtor on site but soon discovered it was in our best interest to have her represent us as our buyers agent. We didn't know the difference, but Peggy explained it carefully and clearly so we understood the advantages.
