★★★★★"Peggy Ferris was first-rate! We interviewed several realtors as we painfully moved forward to sell the house in which we had spent our growing-up years, and which had served our parents well for some 65 years. Peggy was the perfect choice because of her proposed market strategy; her personal identification with the character of the house and its location; her warm friendship which expressed her generosity of spirit and her awareness and respect of our emotional ties to the house. Her recommendations for renovation and staging were modest, but creative, and beautifully reflected our family’s happy years there. The house and property clearly had an aura. Moreover, Peggy achieved a sale during the rising pandemic in the Spring of 2020, a feat to be sure. We got our asking price; the buyers got a house they loved and could afford; closing was achieved virtually and without a hitch. No better result could have been hoped for. "
★★★★★"We could not have asked for a better experience start to finish, from selling our TH in Rockville to buying a replacement property in Alexandria. Peggy is thoroughly knowledgeable and gave us clear, straight and accurate information. Highly recommended. "
★★★★★"Peggy was great to work with on the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. She provided great advice on preparing for the sale during the time that we first started planning to sell. She alerted us to small, low-cost changes to make that we wouldn’t have thought of without her expertise. She explained various approaches that we could take to listing our home and helped us to decide on the approach that best met our timeline and comfort with risk. She was patient and helpful as the parameters changed for the search of our new home. She was an excellent advocate as we navigated some more tricky issues with the sale that ensured that we didn’t lose our dream place. With both transactions being finalized at the outset of pandemic restrictions, she was very communicative and helped us to understand and navigate the many new procedures that were just being developed at that time. She was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend Peggy Ferris! " - Jedidah
