Peggy Olcese's career in real estate began on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1980; 38 years ago. It was in Hawaii where Peggy excelled in her chosen profession by working with her clients to find them their dream homes, land, or condominiums.

In the summer of 1997, Peggy relocated her family to Marina Del Rey to be close to her extended family and to continue her career in real estate. As Peggy's success in Los Angeles was apparent, she decided to relocate once more to Montecito.
