Having bought and renovated numerous properties herself, she uses her thorough understanding of construction and design to be a valued advisor to sellers preparing their homes for top-dollar offers.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Penelope began her real estate career in New York City in 2000, specializing in the sales and marketing of luxury new development condominiums and home sales. As Sales Director for some of the most successful new developments on the Brooklyn waterfront, including One Brooklyn Bridge Park and Pierhouse, Penelope achieved record-breaking prices for the area. In her tenure she has represented buildings totaling over $2 billion in sellouts and worked with some of the world’s most prestigious developers including Elad, RAL, Toll Brothers, JDS Development, and most recently SHVO, as Sales Director of the Mandarin Oriental Residences, Beverly Hills. A project with a nearly $500M sellout. In addition to her real estate career, she founded Smoochie Baby, a children’s clothing boutique in Williamsburg, Brooklyn which she still owns and operates today.

Penelope is an avid runner and design enthusiast who enjoys traveling the world with her husband and son, speaks fluent French and Greek and holds a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto. Always dedicated to giving back, Penelope supports Saving Mothers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating preventable maternal deaths and birth-related complications in low-resource settings.
