Penny Pattillo

Penny is a passionate real estate professional and longtime resident of Southern California’s coast. She has resided in Laguna Beach specifically for over 22 years providing tremendous knowledge and expertise of the local market to both her clients and employers alike.

Penny began her real estate career in 1988, obtaining her brokers license in 1990.

Throughout her career, Penny has worked for several large builders in the Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties, selling luxury homes and condominiums. She has over two decades of experience developing numerous luxury residential properties in Laguna Beach and successfully assists a variety of Orange County clients in their residential resale endeavors. Penny applies her knowledge in all areas of real estate including investing which she continues to administer helping her clients obtain investment properties in the Los Angeles, Orange, and Inland communities. This extensive experience has greatly enhanced her understanding of the industry, ensuring client representation that is rooted in knowledge and differentiated by a refined ability to negotiate the most lucrative deals.

Penny is active in helping the environment and giving back to her community whenever she can. She is a certified EcoBroker®, which is a program consisting of course work addressing several subjects vital to “green” real estate, providing an understanding of the different ways that being eco-conscious can help clients preserve the environment while also conserving money. She also volunteers and contributes to the American Cancer Society, Laguna Beach Boys and Girls Club, and Laguna Beach School Power.
