About Percy
Percy Mori offers all the insight of a native New Yorker. Percy has worked and resided in New York City his whole life. He has a great appreciation and understanding of the city's diversity, culture, and architectural integrity. His personal knowledge of each neighborhood is what makes him excel in matching customers with properties. He graduated from Baruch College with a bachelor of arts in business and finance. During his time at Baruch, Percy also played NCAA soccer with Baruch and is still very passionate about the sport today. Before entering the real estate sector, Percy worked in the finance sector for over a decade as a wealth portfolio manager for investment firms in New York City. Percy’s fluency in Spanish allowed him to branch out internationally and work with high-net-worth clients from South America and Europe during his time as a wealth portfolio manager. Percy decided to combine his professional skills as a Wealth manager with his passion and knowledge of real estate in New York City to specialize in commercial and residential rentals in New York.
As a licensed salesperson, Percy capitalizes on his previous experiences and is consistently improving his craft and extending his knowledge by attending training seminars and workshops on a weekly basis and traveling all around the 5 boroughs. He specializes in both residential sales and leasing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens, serving clients seeking wonderful homes in the neighborhoods that suit their tastes and needs.
