Scott Lander and Tim Krubsack of the Lander-Krubsack Team have been helping clients buy and sell real estate for a combined 30+ years. Both principals come from uniquely different backgrounds, but their experiences bring their clients a unique wealth of knowledge from which to draw from.

Scott comes from a background of historic home restoration and design. Utilizing his expertise in Los Angeles real estate, and coupled with impeccable attention to architectural detail, Scott has carved out a rare specialty in renovating and selling homes with historic standing.

Tim has had a very successful career in the entertainment industry as a creative executive. He now brings his negotiating skills and creative thinking to the world of real estate, where he has been able to provide solutions that keep even the most complex transactions on track.

Together, the Lander-Krubsack Team has been able to transfer its skills to help clients realize their real estate goals.
