About Pete

Pete brings almost a decade of white glove client service and neighborhood expertise to the the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs. A steadfast client advocate, Pete is consistently able to get top dollar for his sellers and help his buyers successfully get into ideal houses that become perfect homes. As a result, Pete has been the recipient of multiple awards including being named Real Trends including being named one of Real Trends top 1.5% agents nationwide in 2023. Naturally, Pete's years of hard work has led to his business being one almost exclusively fueled by repeat and referred clientele.

In addition to buying and selling homes, Pete has extensive real estate investing experience. As a long term landlord, AirBnb owner and home-flipper, he knows what investors need to succeed in the same way that Pete has. Pete also has a passion for home renovation -having designed projects for his homes in Denver along with his current abode outside of Carbondale, Pete's eye consistently helps sellers make the right kind of changes that lead to those sellers getting top-dollar for their home.

Pete’s clients know him to be hardworking, fun, quick on his feet, and solutions-oriented. Throughout his real estate career, he has fostered numerous long-lasting relationships with agents and vendors who help him better serve buyers and sellers in both markets. Pete grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, moved to and moved to Colorado in 2008 and is thrilled to live on the Crystal River just outside of Carbondale, CO.

When not working to make sellers and buyers happy, Pete whitewater kayaking, snowboarding, reading and listening to podcasts. He served on the board of Colorado Whitewater for over five years where he ran BaileyFest, a beloved Colorado whitewater kayaking festival and helps put on Marblefest, a free music festival in Marble, CO.
