About Peter

Peter Bohlin joined The Bohlin Group at Compass full time in March 2022. He has been a valuable addition to the team bringing over 15 years of relevant experience in all sectors of real estate including property management, construction, and real estate development. Prior to joining the team, he proudly enjoyed his role as Development Executive for Metric Construction Corporation where he facilitated major real estate development projects from conception through delivery in and around Boston. Building out his vast network of real estate professionals and continuing to provide his vital knowledge of property management has proved to be a deep and continuous link between his ongoing ties to Metric as well as Compass.


Peter grew up in Dover, MA playing various sports but found a true passion for ski racing which landed him at Holderness School in Plymouth, NH after a season with the Waterville Valley Winter Ski Academy. Immediately following high school, he made his way back to helping coach the Dover-Sherborn ski team as he competed for Boston College as Captain his Senior year. Peter now lives North of Boston in Marblehead with his two beautiful daughters and focuses on communities from MetroWest, Boston and throughout the North Shore.


Supported by these deep roots within the Greater Boston communities, he enthusiastically joined the family business and is committed to his professional passion of helping clients and friends navigate the home buying and selling process. Peter’s background and knowledge of the area has further enhanced The Bohlin Group presence from MetroWest to Boston and Beyond.
