Peter Ferguson

Peter Ferguson fell love with the Washington DC area when he first moved there 7 years ago. Interested in the vibrant neighborhoods and architecture, Peter soon discovered his passion for real estate. His desire to be part of the real estate community drove him to help people find and sell homes in the neighborhoods that he found so appealing. Fast forward, and in only 3 years, Peter has become one of the leading realtors in the area.

While his real estate career began in DC, in neighborhoods such as Georgetown, Cleveland Park, Logan Circle, and Capital Hill, his business continues to grow and expand into areas such as Potomac, Rockville, Bethesda, and Northern Virginia. “DC is continuously changing. I love watching the neighborhoods change. I am excited to see changes in Anacostia, Deanwood, and Hillcrest as much as any other parts of the area. I love that in some way, I am part of these communities.”
