About Peter
With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Peter is an honest, dedicated and accomplished professional. Each year, he transacts dozens of condo, coop and townhouse sales, mid-sized developments, and high-end rentals throughout Manhattan and Brownstone Brooklyn. Since 2009, he has consistently achieved success rankings among multi-million sales clubs in the over $10 million sales category.

Peter makes deals happen. He constantly thinks of creative ways to help his customer get to an equitable end result. He aligns himself with the best attorneys, mortgage providers, marketing experts for photography, staging, and unique presentations for every property. Peter maintains a large inventory of furniture and accessories, and has an artistic design eye to spruce up any space for ultimate financial results. Peter gets very involved with space planning and staging for properties that require his expert opinion. Many of the developers whom he works with never design a space without his total input- he knows what will sell!
