Peter Guarnero

Peter grew up in Pittsburg, PA  part of a very active family, weekends were spent outside enjoying nature. Regular family vacations brought him to Colorado annually and after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, he relocated to colorful Colorado permanently. Spending time in Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Aspen, and even a few years in Denver. Peter has experienced much of what Colorado and many of the beautiful resort towns have to offer.

Peter moved to Steamboat Springs in 2013 with his wife Jess and son Julian. The Guarnero's  haven’t looked back making the most of their short time here. Peter loves Steamboat Springs for its small town feel, strong sense of community and the many outdoor activities and events throughout the year. His career in real estate began here in Steamboat and his desire to help people find their place in the Yampa Valley feeds his drive to do great work and build lasting relationships.

After several years with another local real estate company, he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work with the Cheryl Foote Team at Compass. Working with Cheryl on real estate transactions in the past proved they’d be a great match and an exciting opportunity to grow his business. In addition to his successful real estate career, Peter also brings several years of experience in charitable giving and community event support.
