Peter is a native of Oakland. He is a graduate of Bishop O’Dowd high school and received his B.A. in Finance from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. Passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals, Peter Monroe has gained notoriety for understanding the analytics of the real estate market and educating his clients. Peter has deep connections with his local community and extended family. He served as a volunteer youth basketball coach for over 20 years. Peter credits his mother for sparking his interest in real estate with her vision and foresight to invest in rental properties to create generational wealth.
Prior to his real estate career, Peter spent over 20 years in corporate finance jobs with three Fortune 500 companies. Known for its variety of ethnic cuisines and specialty shops, he adores Rockridge’s eclectic options of small businesses and vibrant eateries. Equally active outside of work, Peter loves to watch Warriors games; cook for his family and friends and is always up for a competitive round of golf.
