Peter is a native of Oakland. He is a graduate of Bishop O’Dowd high school and received his B.A. in Finance from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. Peter has deep connections with his local community and extended family. He served as a volunteer youth basketball coach for over 20 years.
