"Peter is wonderful. He handled the sale of my condo expertly and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I had a condo that had been on the market (with another realtor) for about 7 months without a single offer. It wasn't a bad place, just not marketed well. At some point I decided to switch to Peter. Within a week the place had been staged with furniture, spruced up, and remarketed quite differently. It was a night and day difference, we got a good offer in less than a month that ultimately turned to a sale. Couldn't have gone smoother with him." - Alex

About Peter Sterling
It will always be about customer service!
According to Peter, picking a favorite neighborhood in Philly is like asking a parent to pick their favorite child..
"I love so many neighborhoods in Philly - all for different reasons. For me, there's nothing better than meandering down Delancey Street on Halloween (the costumes are TDF) or attending the annual Philadelphia Flower Show with my family (it's a tradition!) - I have and will always have an innate passion for The City of Brotherly Love which also includes the Main Line area - Chanticleer garden experience, in Wayne, is a favorite spot, too!"
For over 14 years, Peter has lived in the Rittenhouse area of Philadelphia and has a special place in his heart for the park - so much so, that he is now an active committee member of the Friends of Rittenhouse Square, which serves to preserve and protect the beauty of the park over time.
Raised in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, he spend his childhood exploring nooks and crannies of our Heritage City, drinking in the diverse culture, rich history, and lively arts. As a child, he was a super fan of the Franklin Institute's famous heart exibit.
"I was fortunately enough to witness Philadelphia's explosive growth over the decades which has truly helped me in providing expert real estate representation to clients. I have a true handle on the unique attributes prevalent in each locale. I know the new restaurants, cafes, coffee bars, and other social destinations. When people live in the city, they are really buying into a certain lifestyle and that's why I take the time to get to know my clients' needs and wants."
A great listener and a natural visionary, Peter is a master when it comes to facilitating the client journey from listing to closing. The combination of his education, experience, passion, and attention to detail separates him from other agents.
"I believe in being very straight-forward with clients because that's how I would want to be treated. I'm very candid, down-to-earth and brutally honest at times."
Throughout his entire professional career, Peter has continually donated a portion of his sales to The Special Olympics of Delaware County. A self-proclaimed foodie, Peter enjoys dining out nightly with friends and binge-watching his favorites on Bravo.
