Peter is a Bay Area native and Peninsula resident who brings a unique blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and local market knowledge to real estate.

Having grown up in San Jose, lived throughout the Bay Area, and now raising his family in San Mateo, Peter has developed a deep appreciation for the communities, neighborhoods, and opportunities that make the region such a special place to call home.

Peter's professional background spans accounting, finance, analytics, and business strategy. He began his career at a Big Four accounting firm and brings more than a decade of experience helping technology companies navigate complex financial, operational, and strategic decisions.

Peter earned his MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and brings an analytical, data-driven approach to helping clients evaluate opportunities and make informed real estate decisions. Peter believes that real estate is often one of the largest financial decisions a family will make and that clients deserve thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and trusted advice throughout the process. Whether purchasing a first home, planning for a growing family, or evaluating an investment opportunity, he focuses on helping clients align their real estate decisions with both their personal goals and long-term financial objectives.

As a Peninsula homeowner and investor, Peter understands that the homeownership journey extends well beyond closing day. From evaluating properties and financing options to navigating the responsibilities of ownership, he helps clients approach each decision with clarity and a long-term perspective.

Outside of real estate, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and young family in San Mateo, staying active through running and fitness, and mentoring professionals in their career growth and development.
